Man suffers brain injury in hit-and-run accident
A car accident which left one individual seriously injured occurred recently. The hit-and-run accident occurred in Baltimore in the early hours of New Year’s Day, Baltimore police say, and resulted in the victim suffering several serious injuries, including a brain injury.
